This fine art print is part of Sugar Coated Island, one of the project that forms Londons, Mass Collective's exploration of the new boundaries of London's urban development. Pictured here, one of the many new residential developments that are being completed along the last stretch of the River Lea, owning its name to the sugar refineries that made up the industrial fabric of the land where it stands.
